A Canvas for Creativity Designing our own headquarters presented a unique opportunity to physically manifest our firm’s core design philosophy. We inherited a fragmented floorplan of closed-off rooms that completely obscured the surrounding cityscape. Our primary intervention was to strip away these barriers, flooding the space with natural daylight and unlocking unobstructed views of KAFD and the Riyadh skyline. Designed as a dynamic incubator for creative thinking, this highly flexible environment features whiteboard walls, multi-purpose tables, and movable digital screens, allowing the space to be instantly reconfigured for interactive workshops, impromptu meetings, or focused work. At the heart of the studio sits an expansive, tactile material library—a dedicated zone for hands-on experimentation, internal brainstorming, and immersive client presentations. The studio is not just an office, but a comfortable, deeply inspiring environment that actively enhances team involvement, nurtures wellbeing, and drives our daily architectural innovation.
