Sentimental Warmth this private villa was approached as a departure from restrained neutralism and into the world of curated maximalism and narrative-driven interiors, designing a home fundamentally rooted in the family's personal heritage and shared memories. We envisioned a deeply eclectic, warm sanctuary that boldly celebrates the family's hobbies and collected treasures. To anchor the space, we utilized a rich, tactile palette of raw materials, natural woods, and striking colored walls, all softened by cascading indoor greenery and abundant natural light. Cultural heritage dictates the spatial narrative; vintage Persian rugs are completely reimagined as dramatic wall tapestries, complemented by copper accents and traditional woodworking. The heart of the home features an expansive, custom-built wooden library equipped with a classic rolling ladder, meticulously designed to house a lifetime of books, framed photographs, and sentimental artifacts. By integrating oversized, plush seating and deeply textured layers throughout the living zones, we crafted a highly inviting, character-rich environment designed entirely to foster family unity and shared connection.
