It seamlessly connects the different residences of parents, children, and grandchildren, acting as a lush, unifying focal point for the family to come together. The different spaces within the complex honor the nuances of traditional hospitality through a highly sophisticated, modern lens. Anchoring the communal spaces is the "Diwaniya"—a grand, meticulously appointed event hall designed to host large-scale family celebrations and prestigious guests. This formal space marries opulent design elements, such as sweeping marble floors and bespoke architectural lighting, with seamlessly integrated, state-of-the-art media and logistical equipment. Complementing this is the "Istiraha," a versatile, less formal sanctuary tailored for intimate gatherings or private business meetings, featuring curated, contemporary furnishings that invite both comfortable conversation, play and relaxation. Acting as a comprehensive design partner, our studio managed the intricate interior design and spatial planning, structural analysis, landscaping and full execution of this extensive residential project, delivering a turnkey sanctuary that effortlessly harmonizes monumental scale with intimate, multi-generational living.
